Information about Academic Records (Transcripts)

What is an Academic Record?

An academic record (transcript) is an official document that provides a comprehensive history of your enrolment with the University. An academic record is a single document which will list information such as:

  • Your current enrolment details (if applicable);
  • Grades from previous units of study;
  • Completion status of courses/degrees;
  • Any scholarships you have received;
  • Any Advanced Standing you have received; and,
  • Any additional enrolment details which are specific to your history with the University.

If you wish to review your previous enrolment with the University, you may access your academic history online thorugh myUNE. However, if you wish to provide evidence of your previous  enrolment or achievement with the University to another institution or an employer, you are usually required to provide a copy of your official academic record.
