We collect basic information about your mobile device such as device model and the operating system information. Diagnostics and analytics log generated by Compac Pay app are also collected. The detail of diagnostic information you send to us can be controlled in the application settings.

We collect transaction information which includes, but not limited to pump number, transaction amount, quantity, and date time when the Compac Pay application is used.

Compac Pay app collects location information while in use if you permit it to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system.

Personal details provided via the Compac Pay app will only be used to maintain an account for Compac Pay. All information is transported using secure encryption channels to our Cloud server.

We will use, disclose, and hold Personal Information and data collected by us for the following purposes:

- To complete sales transactions, including billing, payment, receipt, credit check and verification services.

- Location information is collected to determine nearby fuel stations and to allow you to authorise the pump or dispenser using the app.

Third Party Software
Compac Pay App uses various third-party software components and services, including software and applications installed on your mobile device or used by your mobile device’s native operating system. These components and services include Maps Services such as Google Maps and Apple Maps and operating system services to obtain your location.
Third Party Software has its own terms of use, including privacy policies which you are deemed to accept by using the Compac Pay App.
