Your contribution will be used to prepare a report for a high-level Steering Committee who has been tasked with reviewing the Guidelines.
Your feedback and input will be critical in shaping the future of PSA testing in the Australian context in order to improve outcomes for men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones.
The focus groups will be grouped based on the following connections:
1. Prostate cancer patients diagnosed in the last 12 months.
2. Existing prostate cancer patients and men with advanced prostate cancer.
3. Those in the general community who have not had a direct experience of prostate cancer
4. Care givers to men with prostate cancer
If you agree to participate, you will be invited to complete a 15-minute survey, followed by a 45-minute virtual roundtable discussion with up to 10 other participants in a group meeting, where participants may share from their personal experience and respond to a set list of questions posed by our research team.
This is a crucial opportunity for you and others in our community to share your voice and have a say in the future of prostate cancer testing and screening in Australia.
