Property is what Tracy is about, and she is into building her clients’ empires as if they were her own.

Tracy has worked extensively in New South Wales and Queensland since 2012, including in Australia’s largest top-tier international law firms, as well as in the legal team in some of Australia’s largest listed companies.

While Tracy is based in Sydney, Tracy has a strong track record of national expertise in transactional and advisory work for commercial, industrial, agricultural and retail property. She is also experienced with PEXA, Australia’s electronic conveyancing system.

Tracy regularly presents at industry seminars for the legal profession and for clients on property law issues. She has also held a number of executive and chairperson positions on committees, has undertaken a number of legal secondments, and is passionate about social justice, diversity and inclusion, mentoring and public speaking.

Clients have consistently recognised Tracy for her thorough, personable and detail-oriented approach. She is positive and practical, and well seasoned when it comes to complex matters.
