Please note – as the portal is now closed and the school year has begun, orders can no longer be taken via this portal. If there are items that have been damaged in transit or are faulty please email bookpacks@maximofficegroup.com.au and we will be in contact.

FAQ'S

Can I customise my booklist?

All booklists on this portal are set by the school and are not customisable. If items are listed as 'optional' with a tickbox, then you may select if you would like to receive.

If left handed scissors are required, simply add this in the 'additional instructions', and a pair will be sent to the school with your booklist.

I paid a late fee, when will I receive my delivery?

All orders made after the cut-off date with a late fee, will be supplied to the school within the first 2 weeks of February. These deliveries are not fast tracked on individual request and home delivery is not available.

Where will my order be sent to?

All booklists ordered through this portal are sent directly to the school that your child is attending. Home delivery is not available. Pick-up is not available as we are a warehouse location only.

I ordered the wrong booklist, can I get a refund?

Refunds are issued if you have ordered the wrong booklist, double-ordered by mistake, or your child is no longer attending this school, up until the end of Week 1 Term 1. Once the portal is closed, refunds are no longer issued. In order to recieve your refund you must collect your pack from the school and return to Maxim at your own cost. Once recieved by our team a refund will be processed. 

The portal is closed, how can I order my booklist?

If you email bookpacks@maximofficegroup.com.au we will supply the list of items in your booklists, and instructions on how to order.
