The 2024 Binnak Bowl attracted a field of 22 athletes for the Open 5km Handicap race and 12 athletes for the Junior 3km Handicap race. Elyse Scheuermann took out the Open 5km Handicap race & Erin Maloney won the Junior 3km Handicap race. · Read more
The haunting view of the craggy peaks of Hanging Rock and the intriguing mystery that is associated with the place did nothing to diminish the courage and achievements of the 37 Diamond Valley Athletic Club athletes who ran the challenging courses set on the surrounding bush tracks. By the end of the meet, DVAC athletes had claimed two individual titles, two team victories, and strong results throughout the various categories. · Read more

The 43 Diamond Valley Athletic Club athletes who competed in the first round of theAthletics Victoria Winter season of Cross Country at Jells Park left satisfied that they had made a strong start DVAC fielded 13 teams (5 Female and 8 Male) from the 26 male & 17 females competing. There was a good balance of Open age athletes (23) and Juniors (20) with 6 Open age teams, 6 Junior teams as well as 2 Masters age group teams. Four athletes made their first appearance for Diamond Valley at Jells Park. · Read more
Thirty one DVAC athletes travelled to Adelaide to compete in the 2024 Australian Track & Field Championships held over nine days of competition. The Valley athletes won a total of 11 medals – 5 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze at the Championships. In 2023 DVAC was represented by 27 athletes who won a total of 6 medals. · Read more

Forget about the AFL ‘Gather Round’ in Adelaide this week – the real action is set to get under way with the 2024 Australian Track & Field Championships in Adelaide from Thursday 11th April until Friday 20th April 2024. Athletes from all over the nation will converge on the SA Athletics Stadium for the nine days of competition and there will be 32 DVAC athletes in the number. · Read more
