The 2024 Consultant Specialist Hospital Health Check
On the back of our very successful annual Resident Hospital Health Check, AMA Queensland is once again partnering with ASMOFQ to survey consultant specialists about their wellbeing.
This is an anonymous survey and is designed to collect data from specialist consultants by gathering information on place of work, hours of work, employment status, culture of the workplace and feelings toward work. The AMA Queensland Committee of Consultant Specialists has identified that the collection of data from a cross section of consultant specialists will provide valuable information on wellbeing and allow analysis on ways to move forward in supporting the workforce.
