APCO’s Consumer Packaging Complaints form is available to consumers so that they may raise concerns or provide a complaint about the packaging of an APCO Brand Owner Member.

A list of APCO’s current Brand Owner Members can be found via our Member Search Directory.

Please note the following:

• APCO is unable to forward packaging complaints to non-Member organisations.
• Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible and ensure that the Member organisation name is included within your submission. Without this detail, we will be unable to direct your complaint to the right organisation.
