Description
The Our Medical app places access to exceptional healthcare at your fingertips. Connect to your healthcare information and the network of real GPs at our medical centres.
GP CHECK-IN
Discreetly check-in to see a bulk billing GP in a few taps. Choose between the doctor of your choice, or the first available GP. We’ll also remind you which doctor you saw on your last visit.
GP ROSTERS
Check the roster for your preferred GP up to two weeks in advance, so you can plan your visit.
eSCRIPTS
eScripts issued by your doctor will be stored in your eScript wallet. Show the eScript to the pharmacy to dispense on the spot, or order online.
HEALTH DOCUMENTS
Receive electronic copies of correspondence from your doctor including medical certificates, specialist referrals, and radiology and pathology reports. You will also receive notifications when test results have been returned to your referring GP, so you know when to come back to discuss your results.
TELEHEALTH
Current patients of Our Medical can use the app to join the queue for a telehealth consultation (where this service is available).
MANAGE ALLIED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments with allied health professionals, such as physios, or Specialists can be booked and managed via the app.
MANAGE YOUR INFO
Keep all your contact information, and Medicare, DVA, Pensioner and Health Care Card details up to date. Also manage dependants listed on the same Medicare card as you.

Our Medical offers exceptional healthcare for all. Our network of medical centres provide access to comprehensive healthcare services including general practice, radiology, pathology, dental, and accident and emergency. No appointment is required to see a bulk billing GP. Open every day until 10pm.

Wow what a breath of fresh air
Came to OUR MEDICAL for the first time this morning after my frustration of not being able to see my regular doctor for at least a week yet again and walked into OUR MEDICAL To my surprise there were no cues for reception, you simply download the app and checkin to your choice of doctor. Whilst waiting I went over the app that allows you to register your attendance and put yourself in the cue to see a doctor, book a doctor for future dates, request script refills and reports. It also has a dental centre within its walls. This centre has utilised the best of technology to fast track checking in and servicing its patients.
What a breath of fresh air !
Revolutionary, no joke.
this app is amazing (when it works, didn’t work once). Can check in from the car, choose your doctor (can see the number of patients in their queue too). You receive a text when you’re next to see the doctor, and it’ll tell you their room number. You can also view doctors’ rosters, like why hasn’t this been a thing?????!!!
When I get tests done, they text me when results are ready. I look at my doctor’s roster and plan accordingly.
Love this
It’s good that I can sit in the car watch the phone or listen to music and wait until I get the text message. Once I get the message I walk to the room number and the doctor is walking out to call my name or I can sit and wait for a couple of seconds.
I never need to enter the medical centre at anytime until the doctor is ready to see me. This prevents me passing anything onto anyone or vice versa.
