Evidence of Enrolment

Where can I get documentation which provides evidence of my enrolment?

If you require documentation that provides confirmation of your enrolment with the University (i.e., applying for financial support from Centrelink or another support agency), you can access your Confirmation of Enrolment within myUNE.

You can print your Confirmation of Enrolment letter via the following:

  1. Log in to myUNE using your student username and password
  2. Select the myEnrol tab
  3. Click the Open your Enrolment Portal link
  4. Under Course Details, select Confirmation of Enrolment
  5. Select the required year and click Retrieve eCOE

Please note: If you require an electronic copy of this page, select Print and then under Printer or Destination 'Save as PDF' or 'Print to PDF'.

Please be aware that the Confirmation of Enrolment is an approved document for Centrelink applications. You will be able to review the University's definition of equivalent face-to-face hours for units within the Notes section at the bottom of the Confirmation of Enrolment document.

Additional Information

If you are no longer enrolled with the University but wish to provide evidence of any previous enrolment, you may purchase an official copy of your academic record through the Request for Academic Record Form.
