APAX 2023: Independent Artist Support Program

DESCRIPTION

This form is for individual performing artists and arts workers to apply for support to attend the Australia Performing Arts Exchange (APAX) in Cairns, 28-30 August, 2023. Grants will be capped at the value of registration of $335, which will be paid directly to APAX on behalf of the artist.

DATES

This round will be open 14 June - 30 June. Applicants will be notified of funding decisions by 10 July.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

All applications will be assessed against the selcetion criteria by Creative Life officers.

The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Cairns Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.

Eligibility checklist: Professional / Emerging Professional Artists

First of all, let's check your eligibility to apply for this grant.

Your responses to the questions below determine your status as an artist in regard to the RADF Program.

You need to tick any three or more of the artistic merits below to qualify as an artist with a professional or emerging professional status.

If you cannot select a minimum of three of the artistic merits, you do not meet the eligibility requirements as a professional artist or emerging professional who can be funded by the RADF program.

This information is not used to assess your application. Information provided will be aggregated and used to review the annual program and provide information to Arts Queensland.
