run, swim, skip, row or roll your way to 42 km between 1st to 30th November - all while raising funds for the Cancer Society's research, prevention, and support services. Break it down - that's only 1.4 km daily! Too easy? If 42 km is not a big enough challenge for you, set the bar higher – two marathons, even three!
Step 1Accept the challengeChoose a distance that suits you, and encourage your friends and whānau to Marathon In A Month with you as a team.
Step 2Move your body and get activeStart accumulating your kms from November 1st and track your progress with an app like Strava! For a marathon, that's 1.4km each day. Consistency is key to avoiding those kms from stacking up.
