The Clocktower Centre has migrated to a new ticketing system and as such, booking fees have been updated. A booking fee of up to $6 will now apply to each booking processed (per transaction, not per ticket) for all online, phone, and in-person bookings. This same fee will apply across all purchasing channels. The booking fee may vary for some low cost events. Please check the event webpage to see how this impacts your chosen event.

Our new ticketing system enables easy management of bookings including:

  • seat selection from a seating map for most events
  • choosing how to receive tickets – online or in-person
  • covering card transaction fees and other ticket administration fees
  • preferred options for notifications on upcoming events
  • easy updates to contact information

Please contact our friendly box office staff if you have further questions about this change.
