Hi Princess,
Please see attached screen shot of the on-going issue with my payrun, eg not being able to process over 25 employees at once. The error SEEMS to be something to do with 'Single Touch Payroll'.

Loulou68 Your screenshot looks exactly like my screen if I try to process over 30 employees. I've been using the desktop version of MYOB because I'm so over this issue.

Upon consultation with our team, it appears that the issue is currently being addressed by our development team. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
In the meantime, as a temporary solution, we suggest creating the pay run in smaller batches. This should allow it to be processed successfully.
We value your patience and your proactive approach in following up on this matter.
