Please arrive at 1:45pm at Hurlingham Playground for a 2pm safety briefing and departure.
We will take an easy 3.5 km ride down to the kids playground at Optus Stadium (about 2:30pm) where we will stop to let the kids have a play and/or rest.
At approximately 3:30 pm we will leave the stadium area and return to the playground at Hurlingham for a casual picnic and cold drink.
Any Dads wishing to skip the ride and just come for the picnic can aim to meet us at Hurlingham around 4:00pm.
What the bring:
Bring for the ride: Bikes, helmets, sunscreen, water bottle.
An afternoon picnic will be provided such as fruit, crackers, dip, some cheeses and drinks (please let us know by email if particular dietary requirements). Please feel free to bring you own picnic if you prefer, such as snacks for sharing (plate of fruit, chips etc), and a grown-up drink or two (if you like).
We hope you can join us for a fun day out pedalling with the kids and making new friends.
