The P&C plays a vital role in fostering an engaged school community, fundraising for school based projects and enabling parents to participate in school/educational issues.
Anyone from our community is able to come along to our meetings and get involved in events, but you must be a paid member to have voting rights. This means that you have paid prior to the General Meeting.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month during school terms. We advertise the meetings on our closed Facebook group and via email to our members. An agenda is sent prior to each meeting. You can also check the school's website for dates (https://alexparkcs-c.schools.nsw.gov.au/).
The current membership fee is $2 annually which is paid via a bank transfer.

You can request in writing to be taken off P&C contact list at any time before membership is due for renewal.
