2024 NSWCCC Swimming MultiClass Nomination Form

This nomination form is for the MultiClass 100m Backstroke events to be swum at the NSW All Schools Championships on either Thursday 30th or Friday 31st May, 2024.
Only current long course times swum since August 2023 and that can verified on the Swimming NSW Results Central Website will be accepted.
The event is the 100m Backstroke. All other MultiClass events will be swum at the NSWCCC Championships on Thursday 4th April.
MultiClass divisions are as follows:-
Juniors - Under 12-15. Born in 2009, 2010, 2011 or 2012.
Seniors - Under 16-19. Born in 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008.
The swimmers with the 3 highest points or percentages will be notified after the closing date of Tuesday 30th April, 2024 NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
