These Terms, Conditions, Acknowledgements and Waivers apply to all activities in which the Participant takes part during his/her lesson/event/competition/birthday party with Concrete Riders. It is a condition to the Participant being accepted into a Concrete Riders lesson/event/competition/birthday party that the following points be read and acknowledged by clicking submit form below.  

Concrete Riders makes safety its first priority while enjoying the fun and healthy sport of skateboarding however, there are risks involved in skateboarding as with any other sport. During a Concrete Riders lesson/event/competition/ birthday party, participants must wear full protective gear. This form must be submitted by the Participant or a Parent/Guardian if the Participant is under 18 years of age, prior to his/her commencing activities with Concrete Riders and prior to he/she being entitled to participate in lessons/events/competitions/birthday party with Concrete Riders.

- The Participant warrants that he/she is fully medically fit to undertake the lesson/event/competition/birthday party.
- The Participant agrees that he/she will participate in the lesson/event/competition/birthday party entirely at his/her own risk.
- The Participant acknowledges that the lesson/event/competition/birthday party carries some risks and/or dangers including physical injury that may result in permanent disability or death, and economic loss or damage.
- The Participant agrees to fully comply with all directions given by the Concrete Riders coaches and ofcials.
-By participating in skating lesson/event/competition/birthday party with Concrete Riders and/or using equipment provided to the Participant by Concrete Riders, either at this time or in the future, the Participant agrees:
-That the Participant participates in activities provided by Concrete Riders at his/her own risk.
-That the Participant agrees that in participating in a lesson/event/competition/birthday party provided to him/her by Concrete Riders he/she totally releases from all liability whatsoever and indemnifies Concrete Riders and its employees and agents and contractors against any losses, damages, coasts, expenses, liabilities and judgments sufered or incurred by the Participant or any other person in respect of the said activities.
-That Concrete Riders has no liability to the Participant for personal injury, disease or death arising from the services and/or equipment that Concrete Riders provides to the Participant.
-That the Participant will comply promptly with all directions given to him/her by coaches and other ofcials of Concrete Riders, its employees, agents and contractors during any Concrete Riders lesson/event/competition/birthday party.
Concrete Riders may take photos/videos during a Concrete Riders lesson/event/competition/birthday party and Participants agree that photos/video taken at such times may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Concrete Riders.

I, the Participant (Parent/Guardian if Participant if under the age of 18), confirm that I have read and understood and accept the above terms and conditions, acknowledgements, warranties, waivers and indemnities.
