Glen Eira College is exploring two different STEM Tour Options for 2023. This form should be accessed and filled out by the relevant legal parent / carer for your child at Glen Eira College to indicate your child's interest and preference for attending a STEM Tour in 2023.

For parents / carers wishing to register attendance for more than one child, please submit a new form for each child.
The email address collected through this form will be used as a primary means of correspondence for payment reminders, invoicing and general trip correspondence. If you would like to add another email correspondence address, then please do so using the "Other Comments" section at the bottom of this form.
Student names used when completing this form should be legal names, as printed on Passport & Birth Certificate, as this information is used for any instant ticket items required as part of the tour.
Please do not transfer any money to Glen Eira College until receiving a Confirmation of Tour email.
