Cancellations
DSF Literacy Service has a ‘no refund’ policy unless the Professional Learning Course (PLC) is cancelled by the Foundation. All other requests for cancellation will be invited to re-register for another session within six months of the original course. Late cancellation (less than 48 business hours) will result in an administration fee of $25.00 per workshop day. The balance
will be transferred to another PLC of choice.
