Developmental Language Disorder Information Evening Online / In Person

This free information evening is designed for parents and professionals seeking information about language difficulties and developmental language disorder.  

At this presentation, you will receive some preliminary answers to the following questions:   

  • What is oral language, and why is it important?  
  • What is developmental language disorder? 
  • What do ‘language difficulty’ and ‘developmental language disorder’ look like? 
  • What causes developmental language disorder?  
  • How is developmental language disorder diagnosed? 
  • What can be done to support language difficulties and developmental language disorder? 

 
This session will be held at DSF Literacy Services in South Perth. You are welcome to attend in person or view the live presentation online.
 
Please note: As this will be a live session (not a recorded webinar), registration to view the online presentation is essential.

Cancellations

DSF Literacy Services has a ‘no refund’ policy. The exception would be when a Professional Learning Course had to be cancelled by the Foundation. All other requests for cancellation will be invited to re-register for another session. Late cancellation (less than 48 business hrs) will necessitate the Foundation deducting an administration fee of $25.00 per workshop day, or part thereof.  The balance will then be transferred to another Professional Learning Course of choice.
