Performance Leadership is returning to Melbourne in on Thursday May 30 & Friday May 31, 2024. Delivered over two days, participants will gain practical leadership skills designed to drive high performance outcomes in any industry.

Program Structure
Performance Leadership is a professional development course, delivered over 1-2 days, depending on delivery mode (ie. intensive), including a networking opportunity and hospitality at a Western Bulldogs match-day.
The program focuses on practical learning, with attendees completing a range of facilitated exercises designed to build understanding of the complexities of leadership and in doing so recognize, adapt and improve their own approach to leading teams. Practical learning is complemented by high performance sport insight through a range of Western Bulldogs guest presenters, providing a behind the scenes look at leading in high pressure, performance driven environments.
In Melbourne, the course is typically split between the home of the Western Bulldogs, Mission Whitten Oval, and Victoria University’s brand-new City Tower Campus (CBD).
