Hutt Street is the epicenter of the south-east precinct, providing a village-like cluster of cafés and restaurants, alongside day-to-day essentials, and retail offerings where you can shop and enjoy the experience of your corner of the city!
Join us for a full day of family fun on Hutt Street on Saturday 2 March, 2024.
From 10 am onwards, we're offering a fantastic array of free entertainment for all ages, including live music, street performances and much more. Spend the day enjoying the lively atmosphere and engaging activities with your loved ones.
Family friendly activities will be at the Heart of Hutt (Corner of Halifax and Hutt Street):
8:30 am to 10:30 am – Florence Lang - live music over breakfast.
11:00 am to 12:00 noon - Spiderman Circus: Marvel as Spiderman and Spidergirl face off in a heart pounding competition, showcasing their extraordinary agility, strength, and astonishing web-slinging circus skills.
12:30 pm to 2:00 pm - Lolly Jar Circus an interactive circus play.
As the day progresses, the excitement continues into the evening with a diverse selection of vibrant dining options. From international cuisines to local flavors, there's something to satisfy every palate. Enjoy a leisurely dinner, sample delectable treats at our renowned cafe's and patisseries, or simply unwind with a refreshing beverage amidst the bustling street ambiance.
