Help shape the services and programs we provide to better support your business by completing our 10–15 minute Business Insights Survey 2023-24.
The first survey was initiated in 2019 and since then two additional surveys have been conducted in 2020 and 2021. By completing this survey, you will help to build on what we have heard from you previously to strengthen Council’s understanding of city businesses.
The information you provide will help us make decisions around what we deliver so we can help city businesses to thrive. Your responses will be used to help shape services, program and activities delivered by the City of Adelaide for local business.

The City of Adelaide is interested in hearing from owners and operators of businesses located in the postcode areas of 5000 and 5006 to understand your circumstances and how we can better support you. We invite you to provide your feedback via this survey, which will take between 10 - 15 minutes.
This survey will ask for basic information about your business such as where it is located and how many staff you employ. It also asks about your outlook for the future, the type of support you would like to see from Council to meet your business goals, and sustainability practices.
Your response will remain anonymous. The optionalcontact information at the end of the survey will only be used if you choose to enter the prize draw or to subscribe to the "City Business" E-news.
You must be 18 years or over to complete the survey.
