The ANU Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount provides staff and their family members with a discount on tuition fees for eligible ANU coursework degrees.

Eligible groups are able to access the following tuition fee discount rates for coursework programs. Please read the handbook for further details.

Applications for Semester 1 2024 closed on Monday 19 February 2024 (23:59).

Applications for Semester 2 2024 are open from Wednesday 1 May 2024 till Monday 22 July 2024 (23:59). Please access this page for the application link and further information during the open round.

Currently employed staff	75% off tuition fees for degrees related to your current role. 25% off tuition fees for degrees not related to your current role.	All staff holding continuing or fixed term appointments of 12 months or more.
Immediate Family members	25%	Eligible staff member’s partner including spouse, de facto and child, including the child of the staff member’s partner.

Staff Grants Information Sessions

This year the People and Culture Division are running a series of information sessions about staff grants and funding offered by the University i.e. PSSS/PSDEF, CCDAF, IPSGP and the Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount. These sessions aim to assist you in your application process and provide the opportunity for you to ask us questions.

To get the discount and enrol in a program at ANU you need to fill out two application forms; one application for the program you intend to study and one application for the Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount.
