Longest Breakfast Table for Mental Health

The Longest Breakfast Table for Mental Health is an initiative of Mental Health Foundation Australia in partnership with Western Bulldogs Community Foundation. All funds raised through this event will assist MHFA to develop youth wellbeing initiatives and to promote youth mental health.

Sunday, 5th of December 2021 at 8:00 am - 10:00 am 

Where will the money go? 

All money raised will go towards establishing an evidence-based, accredited training program/module specific to youth mental health and well-being promotion and suicide prevention.

Suicide is the leading cause of death among young Australians. About 350 young people aged 15 - 24 take their own lives every year - more than those who die on the road. For every youth suicide, there are 100 - 200 more attempts.
