Event description

MedTech Actuator Menzies Fellowship Forum 2023

Join MedTech Actuator and the Menzies Foundation for the MedTech Actuator Menzies Fellowship Forum 2023.
Monday, September 18 | 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (AEST)

Australia has a rich tradition of scientific research and innovation, but there is often a gap between research outcomes and their translation into commercial applications. The MedTech Actuator Menzies Fellowship Forum aims to bridge this gap by inspiring mid-late stage career academic leaders to pursue commercialisation and entrepreneurship.

The alignment of the Menzies Fellowship Forum with the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) in Melbourne creates an exciting synergy for the Australian MedTech innovation ecosystem. Featuring international attendees, the GEC offers a unique opportunity to network, learn, and share with thousands of voices from around the world, creating an inclusive global ecosystem for entrepreneurship and innovation.

By highlighting the successes of high-profile keynote speakers and diverse panel members with a successful history of enabling scientific entrepreneurship, this program will provide attendees with valuable insights and tools to create impact in their respective fields. This will be delivered upon MedTech Actuator and Menzies Foundation’s joint commitment to supporting scientists and researchers to become leaders in MedTech and science commercialisation.
