Event description
John and Tina Moystyn have over 25 years combined experience in the zoological industry, working extensively and specialising in venomous snakes. As well as LIVE display of 5 of the snakes we commonly see in around Bangalow they will be presenting an informative training session which will cover the following aspects:
Snake Activity
Snake Behaviour
Snake Bite
Snake Venom
First Aid for Snake Bite & Antivenom
PPE for the Worker
Site Awareness
Snake Identification
LIVE presentation with a Python - (Non Venomous), Other Snakes will be on exhibition to assist us in the identification of snakes commonly seen in our area eg Black Snake, Death Adder, Tiger Snake and a Brown Snake.
Suitable for ages 12 and up ( under 18 must be supervised by an adult please)
LIMITED TICKETS - ( 2 small sessions of one hour each to allow us to observe the snakes up close)
Refunds on Tickets up to 7 days prior after that transferable to another person if you can’t make it on the day.
