Event description

Have you ever wondered WHO is doing WHAT for young people in north east Victoria? Alpine Shire Youth, Indigo Shire Youth , and Wangaratta Youth have teamed up to bring you an online session where you can meet a range of service providers that are doing amazing things for young people.

Topics will range from leadership and entrepreneurship through to mental health and sexual health, as well as encompassing young people in music and communities that are out there to support our LGBTQIA+ youth.

We warmly welcome:

  • Matt Pfahlert from Australian Centre for Rural Entrepreneurship
  • Sam Perna from Clinic 35
  • Bree Cross from headspace Albury Wodonga
  • Melissa Van Bergen & Kate Canning from NESAY
  • Olivia Noto from WayOut Wodonga (Gateway Health)
  • Josh Kane from The Push.

All of these presenters are here to talk about what they do for young people and to answer any of your burning questions. Join us at 6:00pm on Wednesday, November 18 to get to know these excellent organisations and how they are here to support YOU.

We will ensure that the Zoom session is a safe space where you can be present with or without your camera on. If you have a question and you would rather someone else ask it on your behalf, we have that covered too. We'll introduce our moderator at the beginning and you're welcome to send questions to them to ask on your behalf.

This event is totally FREE, but we do need you to register so that we can send out the Zoom link.
