Minerva Recruitment Ltd, was created June 9th to address a crisis in the HE sector (particularly for marginalised scholars), which is being felt particularly sharply by arts/hums and qualitative social science folks. There are massive cuts to departments, toxic work environments, abuse, and much more going on. Many of our developing, global, applicant pool are also unaware of what is available to them outside academia - or even how/where to look for alternative jobs & guidance. We have big plans to launch a 'not-for-profit', virtual, International Feminist University which will offer many other services to the HE sector community and others. However, in order to get there - this company needs to get up and running to address issues for individuals that have been seeking opportunities for years in an employment market and sector in crisis. HUGE KUDOS on this initiative. As an ex ad-agency lead, who now balances marketing consulting with teaching marketing at multiple colleges, I've seen this disparity at every level. It's been amazing to see kids even through college realize the incredible varied opportunities available to them in the ad industry. Ryan, I was thinking about proposing an opportunity to build some buildings in New York city... To you. Alot of this street drinking needs to change. The sidewalks are so dirty, the birds .... The squirrels ... I can't make it up... Some of these bistros needs five story buildings to them selves. I think it's a good opportunity & I'd love to see your company help... Love this !! Especially about how to make the ad industry become more accessible for everyone and become more inclusive, especially for diverse and minority populations. Side note - big fan of all your movies, as in movie, however, to be honest, still not a fan of the Peloton’s And just like that Ad that had been deleted. From my perspective, that ad accidentally created racism issues with minority women. I do hope The Creative Ladder will change that for better and more inclusive communities. Thank you.
