People of all ages can be carers, including children and that is why we offer free and confidential support to people who have a family member or a friend living with mental health challenges, including counselling, support groups and advocacy services.
The majority of mental health challenges will emerge before the age of 25, as such, the earlier people at risk receive support, the more likely they are to cope with challenging situations and emotions. We offer FREE in-school programs for students and teachers, school holiday programs, after-school workshops, young carer counselling and early intervention programs.
