Brendan works closely with some of Australia’s largest employers to assist them navigate their critical workplace relations issues. As an experienced adviser and litigator, he recognises the importance of understanding his clients, whether it be operational or helping them achieve their organisational goals.  Armed with that knowledge, he quickly identifies core issues and opportunities to deliver strategic and practical solutions, allowing his clients to focus on what they do best – running their businesses. For these reasons he enjoys strong client trust.

Although Brendan’s expertise is in industrial disputes and enterprise bargaining, he practises in all areas of workplace law. He is passionate about helping clients avoid timely and costly disputes and is committed to finding the best possible resolution when they do arise.

He  has been involved in some of Australia’s most significant industrial disputes over the past decade in industries such as mining, energy, resources, construction, manufacturing, shipping, and stevedoring.
