Teen Girls FIT Squad is a unique program which has been designed specifically for girls between the ages of 12-17years.  The program aims to encourage fitness, strength and a healthy lifestyle while having fun with girls of similar ages.  Throughout the program the girls are taught various skills and techniques in Circuit Training,  Core Strength, HIIT training,  Boxing and much more!

Our trainers are always very passionate about promoting positive body image, good nutrition and emotional well-being.
Teen Girls FIT Squad is a great opportunity for girls of any fitness level, to grow in confidence and make new friends in a supportive environment.

Whether they are from a sporting background or just starting out with fitness, this is the best opportunity for any Teen Girl to get involved and FIT.

Teen Girl Fitness truly is a one of a kind. The comfort, inclusivity, strength, positivity and the atmosphere we are immersed in every class never disappoints! Despite being isolated and participating in these classes via Zoom, ourselves and Cherie are just as enthusiastic! My mum joined in around a term ago and cannot recommend it enough to any of the other mums out there! It is crazy what a 45 minute workout can do to your mental wellbeing, confidence and most importantly of all – your happiness! EVERYBODY needs to give this class a go! My daughter Jordan has been attending the Lizard Fitness – Teens training now for over 4 years, she loves the variety of workouts and enjoys the fact that this is an all girls training session where the girls are all working to achieve the same fitness goals. Cherie’s motivation with the girls is amazing, she does a great job of working with the girls one on one to ensure they know the correct way to complete the exercise to get the most out of the workouts. Over the years Jordan’s friends have joined as well which is great. I’ve seen a big improvement in Jordan’s fitness and her confidence has grown, she looks forward to her weekly classes with Cherie and the girls.
