It's been a busy start to the year at the Cricket NSW Foundation and it brings great joy to share our latest newsletter.
The work we do and the projects we fund in communities throughout the state, make tangible and substantial positive impacts for people of all ages and all abilities through the game of cricket.
None of this is possible without incredible support from
longstanding donors, corporate partners and attendees to our
fundraising events.
To everyone who shares the Cricket NSW Foundation vision to enhance lives through cricket and enable access to the game,
we say a heartfelt thank you.

Indigenous Youth Program, Bomaderry

The day saw the grand opening of the newly renovated facility at Artie Smith Oval, Bomaderry, and the CNSW Foundations Indigenous Youth Program was the first program to officially grace the field. Integrating cultural activities such as boomerang throwing and basket weaving alongside fun games-based cricket drills and skills offers children a unique enriching experience. The skills and games were facilitated by Cricket NSW staff supported by members of the Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teams, who went on to play exhibition T20 matches on the ground following the clinic.
