Reopening of One Health South Morang (Club Lime South Morang)


With the easing of lockdown restrictions in VIC, we're excited to announce that your gym will reopen from tomorrow (Saturday 30 October), and your membership will be reactivated. Thank you for your patience as we prepared these reopening communications.

Please read on to find out more about the reopening of your gym, upgrades to your membership, and how to access facilities and classes. 


Please note that the information below is part of an evolving situation. If the Victorian Government communicates any further, relevant, changes to their Public Health Order, we will be sure to update our members accordingly. Thank you for being patient during this time.
 
Under the VIC Government's most recent Public Health Order (Open Premises Directions), we would like to communicate some important points regarding our reopening operations and restrictions:
  • Members must be double vaccinated to visit their gym COVID Check-In marshals are required to check vaccination status upon entry.
  • Facilities will be open during staffed hours only. Find your club's staffed hours here.
  • QR codes must be used to check in on entry.
  • Masks must be worn when entering and exiting our clubs, and in common areas.
It is also important to wipe down all equipment before and after use, and to follow COVID safe protocols when visiting our clubs. 

Membership billing will recommence on Monday 1 November. If you're on a direct debit membership, you may notice that the payments on your bank statement will change in the coming months to reference "Viva Leisure - Club Lime".

 
Suspend your membership
We understand some of you may want to suspend your membership until restrictions ease further. If so, please email your club at southmorang@clublime.com.au. Your next direct debit will be processed Monday 1 November, so you have time to change or modify your membership before this date.

Membership upgrade


As previously announced, all current One Health members will be given access to all VIC Club Lime facilities. We currently have 10 Club Lime gyms in Victoria.
 


Member Portal and Member ID App

Live from next week

The Member Portal is your hub for all membership-related matters. Reviewing your account, booking a class, and suspending your membership, can all be done via the Portal. To visit the Member Portal, click here. The Member Portal can also be found at the top left corner of the website. 

To log in to the Portal, select 'Reset Password' and use the same email associated with your current member account. You'll be sent a new password with which to log in. 

To access Club Lime facilities within your membership, you'll need to download the Club Lime Member ID App. The Member ID app is used to open the door to your club. Download here.

Your current membership tag will continue to work for a period of time, after which members will need to use the Member ID app to access all facilities.
 

Booking Classes

 
Group classes recommence Wednesday 3 November, and bookings go live on Monday 1 November.

To book a class, log on to the Club Lime Member Portal (live from next week). Click on 'Class Day' to choose your training date, then select your location. Scroll through to choose your time, and click 'Book Me' to lock it in.
