The Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering (ACNS) and the Australian Synchrotron (AS) are pleased to announce the third joint workshop for those who are interested in Small-Angle Scattering (SAS) and want to use these unique techniques for their research.
AIM
Following the success of the last two virtual workshops, this year’s workshop will run mostly in-person, and will have limited seats of 20 participants only for the hands-on practical elements of the course. The workshop will also feature lectures from eminent speakers over wide a range of research fields in a hybrid format, being made available to those who are not selected for in-person attendance. Hands-on experiments will cover basics of data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to interact with like minded colleagues and to see ACNS’s state-of-the art instruments (and hopefully to have a lot of fun!).
