MBIE
NZ Space Policy Review consultation meeting
Officials from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) are inviting you to share your interest in New Zealand’s space activities and engagements, and your views on the values and objectives which underpin New Zealand’s space policies. The space policy review consultation document, ways to make a submission, and other public meeting registration links can be found at: https://www.mbie.govt.nz/have-your-say/new-zealand-space-policy-review/
In this meeting, MBIE will provide an overview of the government’s interests, values and objectives which underpin New Zealand’s space policies, followed by an opportunity for feedback. You may find it helpful to consider the following questions when providing your feedback:
- Why is space important to you?
- Why are you interested in space?
- To what extent do you agree with the space values and objectives which currently guide New Zealand’s activities and engagements on space?
- What space activities and engagements should New Zealand be inviting and/or promoting?
- Who should the New Zealand government be engaging with on space?
- How do you want to be engaged on space issues?
