Member Director Elections 2023

The following three candidates have successfully been elected as part of Murray Irrigation’s 2023 Member Director Election:

• Brendan Barry
• Steve Fawns
• Troy Mauger

The Directors-elect will officially commence their four-year terms immediately after the completion of the company's 2023 Annual General Meeting, which is being held on Thursday 30 November.
 
The voting for the 2023 Member Director elections was conducted electronically through independent third-party voting service provider, Vero Voting, and was open to all eligible shareholders.

Declaration of Results 2023 Director Election

Murray Irrigation has received five eligible nominations for three Member Director positions on the company's Board of Directors.

A Member Director election will be conducted via electronic voting in September 2023. Information on how to vote was distributed to Shareholders in late August. 

2023 Member Director Candidates

Murray Irrigation will again be utilising an electronic voting system, following a record participation when electronic voting was introduced during the 2021 Member Director Elections.

Vero Voting posted voting details to individual shareholders (via a NSW mailing house) late August 2023. Customised letters include a unique URL link for Murray Irrigation’s 2023 Member Director Election and for each vote a seven-digit username and four-digit pin (password).

Vero has also produced a ‘How to vote’ instruction guide which is available below and via the voting portal.
