The team actively connects with carers, external providers, and the community to promote Carer Gateway and coordinate groups, events and initiatives that provide vital peer support for carers. Nicholas will be happy to answer questions about Merri Health Carer Services and the Carer Gateway program, including info on eligibility, registration and the range of supports and services that are available.
