All with the focus to ensure sustainability so providers can continue to build capacity in communities where mainstream market options cannot. Community Transport keeps people connected, supports positive outcomes for individuals, families, medical & health systems. This engagement will produce a substantial influencing paper to provide the platform to advocate for stronger organisational and community outcomes through the community transport Australian peak body (ACTA). Multicultural community profiles from Vic GovThe Department of Families, Fairness and Housing has recently launched 37 profiles of cultural communities in Victoria. The profiles are designed to be a snapshot of each community, showing their diverse and unique needs. This includes where the community primarily lives, the languages they speak, significant dates and communication and engagement tips.
