One day the app decided to log me out completely and I can no longer log in, even after resetting password, uninstall and reinstalling the app. Contacted their customer service team and after 3 emails and 3 weeks finally got a reply telling me to change my password. Emailed back to say I had already stated I had done that previously, did it again and still not working. Still waiting for a reply as to why it is not working - 2 weeks and counting...

Hey, Rebecca, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with My Account, sometimes clearing the data and cache for My Account can get you back up and working.

Can't even login to test my wifi speed as it crashes and says something's gone wrong, I have sky tv & broadband together and it's a sht show having to try fix it yourself when no-one helps. Smh get it sorted might have to find a new alternative.
