Our beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia is home to natural assets and a thriving business community. The inaugural GreenX Talks Conference & Expo was held at The Events Centre, Caloundra on Wednesday 15 March 2023. It was an important event for business, the economy and for our futures this event offered an incredible opportunity for networking, learning, and sustainable growth.
The GreenX Talks Conference takes inspiration from the TED Talks format of 15 minute talks. Business owners and professionals will learn from business leaders, sustainability experts, innovators and educators about going sustainable and aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their organisation. Sustainability is no longer an option in business and is often a profitable exercise. Be part of the solution to climate change.
The GreenX Talks Expo hosted up to 20 exhibitors showcasing sustainability innovations, educational opportunities, cleantech and sustainable products and services available to businesses, professionals and the general public to enable them to be more sustainable. There was also a special performance by a local state school, Meridan State College. We are walking the talk with sustainability.
All talks are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and have a positive, practical tone for a business and community audience. Let’s face it, we all know we need to do something for climate change and this is it! Let’s join together and make a positive impact in the business world. Cleantech Industries aims to make GreenX Talks an annual event and we hope to see you at the next one!
