Pacific-based climate scientists call for more action

Last week's grim report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has scientists based in the Pacific calling for more action.

The report warned that the oceans are rising and heating faster than predicted, and once rare events are becoming annual occurences.

And the countries most at risk are in the Pacific.
