Speakers

Marnie LeFevre is a successful entrepreneur – a self-directed, internationally acclaimed, successful businesswoman, who has made it her mission to assist and support other female entrepreneurs on their individual and diverse journeys towards success. Marnie founded and structured Fempire to provide the focal point for the rapidly growing numbers of female entrepreneurs needing and wanting easy and timely access to professional support from a sisterhood of experienced female entrepreneurs and expert coaches.

Nancy Bonfiglio-Pavisich is a Leadership Consultant. With a focus on teaching and learning, educational leadership, change management and school improvement, Nancy has worked with leaders and teachers to facilitate change in their respective schools. She has also organised conferences for teachers and leaders that have offered topics included but were not limited to: Vision, Facilitating Change, Empowerment and Health and Wellbeing.

Dee Roche is an MBA Teaching Fellow and a coordinator and lecturer at the UWA Business School, specialising in leadership, strategic change and transformation. She is a passionate change-maker who puts theory into practice by marrying together lived experience and academic understanding of change and transformation. Her cumulative experiences provide her with a rich source of portability and transferability into the diverse fields of health, education, social impact and facilitation. Her personal philosophy is to provide ‘service at its best’.

Panel Facilitator

Kendall Galbraith comes from an international and political research background from Curtin, Edith Cowan and Charles Sturt University over a ten year period. Kendall has published articles with the Australian Institute for International Affairs but these days her writing and research focuses on gender equality within the Australian context for the RRR Network. Kendall was a Senior Organiser for a political party where her efforts focused on the political empowerment of Western Australian women and membership driving. Kendall lives in the southwest with her husband and two young boys. Kendall is the RRR Network CEO and has been instrumental in the redevelopment of the network.

Panellists

Tracy Lefroy is an independent, creative and successful businesswoman operating from regional Western Australia. She is a self-starter who works across a large diversified farming enterprise, founded and divested an award-winning business and serves on a number of boards and in local government. A former agribusiness analyst, communications manager and freelance agricultural journalist, Tracy is highly networked and connected across Western Australia. She brings significant expertise working with regional communities and their very broad range of stakeholders, including government at all levels. She is currently the Shire President of Moora.

Emma Scotney is not your average Farmer; She is a university-educated woman who went on to study Law after her children went to boarding school. Emma legal professional discipline lead her to advise across ASX Boards across multiple industries on an extensive range of critical matters including commercial contracts; corporate governance; private and public mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise in corporate governance policy sees me prepare corporate and commercial legal advice for predominantly small to medium-sized capitalisation ASX listed Mining, Agriculture and Tech companies. With extensive C-Level network within the Agricultural and Mining industries allows her to develop meaningful relationships that bring opportunities to grow businesses.

Adrianne Oliveri has over 25 years of experience in the field of banking and finance. She has helped customers and her teams be successful in Small Business, Business Banking, Retail, Corporate and Institutional banking. She is now the State Manager, ANZ Small Business Banking WA. Her passion is helping her team and their customers to achieve their dreams and goals. Her skills are in the area of Leadership, People Management, Business Unit Management, Coaching, Relationship Building, Building a High Performing Team, Sales and Marketing. She holds a Master of Business Administration from UWA and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
