As the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to unfold, IPAA SA and the South Australian Leadership Academy (Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment) are working together to identify ways we can support you during these untested times. Our priority is the health and safety of our IPAA SA members and the Public Sector of South Australia. As a result, we will be hosting relevant events online, starting with the popular On the Couch Series.

Our guest for this informal interview was Erma Ranieri, Commissioner for Public Sector Employment who shared her insights into the SA public sector with a focus on current COVID-19 workforce considerations. Viewers had the opportunity to submit questions for the Commissioner prior to this event, with some of these being addressed during the interview.

During this interview, Commissioner Ranieri highlighted information available on the OCPSE website regarding the COVID-19 Workforce Arrangements. These resources are being continually updated to provide the latest advice to public sector employees on the unfolding situation.
