This site allows you to apply for placement in selective high schools and opportunity classes for high potential and gifted students while applications are open.
The parent who lives at the same address as the child for most of the time should submit the application.

For Year 5 entry in 2025, applications have now closed. Late applications can be submitted here. Please note that only a small minority of late application requests are eligible and get approved. You can read more about the late application process on our website.
The placement test is on 1 August 2024.
For Year 7 entry in 2025, the test was on 9 May. Illness or misadventure requests closed on 16 May. Outcomes are expected on 23 August.
