Welcome to the Year 10 Subject Selection 2023 website for Kyneton High School. Normally we would be holding an Information Evening and Subject Expo to introduce parents to these very important years of school.

Unfortunately we have been unable to do that again this year due to the high number of covid cases in the community. Teachers have therefore provided us with videos of their subjects so that you are able to get an insight into the subjects that we offer at our wonderful school.

Year 10 is a time where students have the opportunity to consolidate their learning before launching into the senior school and their final years of schooling. Students at Year 10 have the opportunity to explore a wide range of electives, but may also begin to specialise their studies into particular areas of interest.

Year 10 students start their transition into the Senior School. They will experience a diverse program that will provide a balanced education which allows considerable choice, breadth and depth in each student’s program.
