About Me
I obtained bachelor's degree in computer science with honours from King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Saudi Arabia, and master's degree from McMaster University, Canada. Since I graduated from KAU, I have started my academic work in Computer Science (CS) department at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU). During my academic works, I expanded my skills in leadership and management by holding positions not only focuses on lecturing but also on supervising undergraduate projects particularly in game and web development. At UQU in 2022, I received the first place Excellence in E-Learning Award based on my academic skills in teaching and learning. I have high aspirations in both academic education as well as academic research. Currently, I am Ph.D. student at Macquarie University in intelligent computing laboratory. My Ph.D. research is under the supervision of Prof. Michael Sheng and Dr. Wei Emma Zhang in school of computing.
Research Interest
My research interests include, but are not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
