Director

Having become a partner with EnVision in 1997, he also has 21 years experience in running his own business. This, combined with over 26 years assisting his customer’s businesses, has given Matthew a wealth of knowledge and experience that he can apply to help his customers grow.

Matthew is passionate about ensuring that his customers are not working hard for nothing, by working smarter, not harder. He also knows how to help customers recover from bad advice and how to help them with protecting their hard earned prosperity. Significantly, Matthew's advice is based on a life of experience, not just “theory and numbers”.

Matthew sees his role as not being just about taxation and business planning, but as an advisor, ensuring his customers can enjoy and protect their life’s hard work.

Ashley Shield | de Jong Read

Executive Director

Having been the principle of his own Accountancy firm Ashley has a strong background in taxation and business services accounting. Ashley has a passion for assisting company directors through the insolvency framework.
His deep understanding of the pressures of business ownership has placed him well since joining de Jonge Read. He is keenly focused around finding solutions and extremely driven to assist clients through insolvency situations. Ashley became a partner in the firm in 2014 and currently oversees the de Jonge Read team in Melbourne. Ashley is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.

Tony Perkins | PeopleSmartz

Director

Tony Perkins is the Founder of People Smartz Pty Ltd.
He is committed to providing practical staff management solutions to business. Tony is a recognised member of the business community with a track record of developing businesses to their potential through people.
Previously Tony has held a number of general and human resource management positions in organisations numbering from 10 to 2500.
He has a proven record of implementing and establishing the HR functions within businesses. This extensive experience has covered businesses in the health, hospitality, retail, tourism and aviation sectors.
