Coaching Cricket - Females Only Off Season - Self Defence Program WINTER 2019

It is always a good idea to put the bat and kit bag away for a little while once the season has finished but it is important to stay active and maintain or improve your fitness, range of motion and hand eye coordination. That is why I am offering all females between the age of 10 and 16 the opportunity to have 6 sessions of Self Defence tuition from Shannon Alderdice, Taekwondo Second Dan Black Belt.
